With the new generation of Nokia phones it is now possible to unlock your Nokia Mobile Phone with a special code that you enter by the phones keypad. In the past unlocking had to undertaken by use use of a special cable and software. What is Remote Phone Unlocking and why do I need it?

Do you ever get the message "Phone restricted"?

You will see a message similar to this when your phone is "locked" to the service provider that supplied the phone and you try to use another Networks Sim Card.

Why should I want to get my phone unlocked?
